I have always wanted a pool, but the cost for an in ground pool was way out of my price range.  My brother talked me into looking at above ground pools at Artesian Pools & Spas, by saying that we could design the deck to make it look like and feel like an in ground pool.  I was still skeptical, I wanted an above ground pool as big as an in ground pool (18x33) and the pools I've seen in the past look cheap and fragile. In speaking with Artesian Pools & Spas  I learned how the design of the pool would enable me to have one side of the pool level with the ground giving the illusion that the pool in underground.  My brother and family built the deck around the pool so that you can walk right from the patio onto the deck.  All I can say is that on a hot summer day, the first place I like to be is floating in my pool, soaking up the sun.  I even planted palms, so that if you want, you can imagine yourself at a resort in the islands listening to swish of the palms, enjoying island music and drinking your favorite island drink.

Our dog Bailey is 3 and he loves to float in the pool.  He jumps from raft to raft and whines for his pool balls. As people throw them, he jumps to the next raft to get closer to the balls. When he gets one he whines for the next one and then jumps to the next raft.  Although Daschunds are not swimmers, he loves the water and loves being close to people that are in our pool.  All summer, there are kids and adults swimming and hanging out with Bailey..I don't know who enjoys it more...the dog or the kids.

I purchased the house I grew up in 8 years ago from my parents.  My parents, who loved the neighborhood, purchases the house next door. Shortly after, my father was diagnosed with Multiple Myeloma and passed away after a courageous batter.  Prior to buying the house, my parents had disposed of the pool we always had growing up.  One summer weekend our family was visiting and all we had was a little wading pool we had purchased for our dog.  We had so much fun with the kids and the adults “swimming” in the few inches of water we had.  That night I had a dream of my father standing in the kitchen smiling.  I knew it was because we had a family moment similar to the ones we had as kids.  The next day, I asked my husband if we could get a pool.  We searched for the best deal and purchased one from Artesian that year. We are now on our third season of having our pool and the fourth generation of our family is enjoying it.  Since my four brothers and sister and their kids all live relatively close you can find all of us hanging out on almost any given warm day.  The memories we share laughing, swimming and having fun are PRICELESS!

That's from 2 years ago when Quinn was more timid and polite!  Now, it's "Look Out!  The pool is mine!"  It's his favorite place to be in the Summer!

We have had our Hot Tub for almost two weeks and want to tell you how pleased we are with the Hot tub and with you. Our deck project seemed to go on forever. The weather was the major delay along with the contractor going on to inside jobs to take advantage of his time. You people at Artesian have been so patient and so kind to us. We did not experience a sour face or disgruntled look from anyone from your salesman to the installers. We would be happy to show off our "spa" and would recommend you to any of your potential customers.

Hi Y'all

Just a quick note to let you know the Aurora II is shooting up bubbles again. Just got it hooked up last week after sitting on cinderblocks since June 2008 when we moved to North Carolina. God did we miss that tub for the entire year and a half.

And just in time. We received 6 inches of snow last evening. That is ALOT OF SNOW in the part of the south.

Anyways, everything works great! Temp is nice, water is nice. Lovin it!

First, let me say that I write very few letters to companies after I buy their product. I expect to be happy and satisfied with every product or service I spend my money on. That being said, my experience with Artesian Pools & Spas not only exceeded my expectations on the product side, but it was the interaction with the employees that really prompted this letter.

The Wanchisen family has owned a spa (not purchased from Artesian) for over twenty years. It served us well. Many an hour was spent in the water; relaxing, unwinding, and recharging the body-batteries after a hectic day. My wife and I often referred to the spa as "Our healing waters". Well after 22 years, the parts started to show signs of wear, and we decided to look around for a replacement. Since our yearly schedule always includes a trip to the Bloomsburg Fair, and we knew there are many spa dealers represented, we thought = What a great opportunity to comparison shop without the need to travel large distances. After talking with no less than 6 dealers, with varying levels of salesmanship and product knowledge, we stopped at the Artesian site. May I say that Wade Bower, salesman, knew his product inside & out. It only took a few minutes to recognize that. Responses to my questions were confident & crisp. Our spa was delivered within three days. The delivery crew was professional and very accommodating. My conversations with the office manager, the very personable Amy, have been a real pleasure. And the spa supplies at their showroom are abundant to say the least.

I guess you get the picture. I am not the easiest customer to impress, but when I have a great experience, like the one with the Artesian folks, I want others to know about it - Just so they could be likewise impressed.
 

We first met Dave as the salesman who sold us our pool in 1997.

When we heard he was opening his own business, we decided to follow. The level of service and professionalism of the whole staff at Artesian Pools and Spas is unsurpassed.  It is a pleasure dealing with a business that always treats you as a friend.
